Viewing and Hiding Panels

Within a dossier, you can view and hide the panels used for editing, filtering, and formatting visualizations.

1. Click the icons in the left Navigation pane to show or hide the corresponding panel.
2. Click Editor to open the Editor panel.

Note: The Navigation pane can also be used to show or hide the Contents panel, Datasets panel, and the Visualization Gallery.

3. The icon darkens to indicate the panel is open.
4. Click the icon again to close the panel.

1. Select the View menu from the menu bar at the top of the screen. The View menu contains options for each panel that appears on-screen (that is, Editor panel, Format panel, and so on.). A checkbox next to an option means the corresponding panel appears on-screen.
2. Click a checked option to remove the corresponding panel from the screen.
3. Click an unchecked option to add the corresponding panel to the screen.
