Changing your password

You can change your password at any time, if your administrator has given you the necessary privileges to do so.

Note: If single sign-on (SSO) is enabled, these options are not available.

Steps to change your password

  1. Click the  Numerify360 for IT icon MicroStrategy icon at the top of the page and select Preferences from the drop-down list, from the General Preferences page.
  2. On the left, click Change password.
  3. Provide the necessary information in the following order:
  4. Click Change Password to apply your changes.

    The new password will be active the next time you log into Numerify360 for IT.
