Exporting a visualization

You can view and interact with a visualization by exporting it. You can export a visualization in the following formats:

• Data: Save the data in a visualization as a comma-separated value (.csv) file.
• Excel: Save the data in a grid visualization as an Excel spreadsheet.
• PDF: Export the visualization as a PDF file. You can view the PDF on any device with a PDF reader.

The available export formats vary based on the type of visualization that you are exporting. To export a visualization, follow these steps:

1. Click More in the top right of a visualization and choose Export
2. Select Excel to export grid visualization data in an Excel file.

   or

   Select PDF to export the visualization in a PDF file.

   or

   Select Data to export the visualization in a .csv file.

3. Navigate to and select the location in which to save the dossier.
4. Enter the filename.
5. Click Save.
